I didn't think the Okemo mid-mountain restaurant was open, but it is! Grilled food, made to order, so it wasn't under heat lights for who knows how long.
Food was good. View is amazing. They closed up shop early so they missed out on sales that way. My husband finished riding and wanted a drink and they were closed already 1/2 hour early.
Had the brisket sandwich at Smokey Joe's BBQ. Very nice. Also enjoyed the Cole slaw and potatoe salad.
Nice upper lodge at Okemo Mountain Resort. Speciality food > noodle bowls. Lodge has all the expected amenities and it is high enough on the slope to reach the main lift after a stop or meal. Definitely needs a biergarten on the deck with a BBQ going.
Ramen was surprisingly good for a mid mountain lodge. Not cheap obviously
Perfect spot for a quick bite or a cold beer break when skiing at Okemo! I recommend the ramen bowls or a brisket sandwich!
